We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Technical Services Coordinator. This role will be based in our Dublin office, working closely with our management and engineering teams to ensure seamless coordination of spare parts and optimize customer satisfaction.


  • Spare Parts Coordination:
  • Manage the end-to-end process of spare parts orders, from initiation to delivery.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of orders.
  • Monitor and track spare parts inventory levels to prevent shortages and overages.
  • Communication and Updates:
  • Regularly update management and engineering teams on the status of spare parts orders.
  • Communicate expected delivery dates and any potential delays, providing proactive solutions to mitigate impact.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Work closely with the customer support team to understand customer needs and expectations regarding spare parts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction through efficient planning and execution.

Stock Accuracy:

  • Ensure all service parts issued by our engineers are accurately recorded and removed from SAP to maintain precise stock levels.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify stock accuracy and implement corrective actions when discrepancies arise.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously assess and improve the spare parts coordination process to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and streamline workflows.


  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a technical services coordination role, preferably in the medical or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar inventory management systems.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
