Payments
At Labour Force we take care of your pay and holiday entitlements and any other work queries you may have while you are employed by us. Temporary employees are paid in accordance with Agency Workers Directive (AWD) and never less than the appropriate National Minimum Wage.
Candidate Charters
We provide an open and honest recruitment process and make it as easy as possible for all candidate to be placed in the most suitable role for them. We ensure that each worker has the information, training and supervision needed for the job at hand. Wherever possible we try to provide regular employment to ensure each temporary employee has a living wage.

2. Working conditions
We work in collaboration with our clients to provide a healthy and safe working environment for our candidates.
3. Minimum age
We do not employ anyone under 18 years old. We are against the use of child labour.
4. Working hours
We do not permit candidates to work in excess of their set hours.
5. Right to a payslip
Temporary candidates are paid no less than minimum wage and itemised payslips are provided.
6. Regular employment
All temporary candidates will have access to ongoing work.
7. No discrimination
We have a zero-tolerance policy in relation to discrimination in all areas of the business.
8. No harsh treatment
We do not tolerate any abuse or harassment or intimidation.
