Shift Supervisor – Food Manufacturing | €45K + Benefits

Location: Naas – Toughers
Shift: Day shift (6am-8am start), 10-hour shifts, 5 days over 7.

Join our team as a Shift Manager in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You’ll lead a team of 20-25 staff, ensuring smooth operations, high-quality production, and adherence to health and safety standards. This is a key leadership role with accountability for team performance, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
– Supervise daily production, ensuring consistency and quality.
– Oversee health, safety, and hygiene compliance.
– Motivate, coach, and develop team members.
– Manage team schedules, recruitment, and training.
– Monitor production efficiency and reduce waste.

What You Bring
– Leadership experience in FMCG/food manufacturing.
