General Operative – Fonthill

We‘re currently hiring a Warehouse Operative for a clean, modern facility in Fonthill Business Park, working with small electrical items. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position with great progression opportunities and a structured pay scale based on performance.

Working Hours:

• Rotating shifts every 2 weeks (37 hours/week):
• Shift 1: 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Shift 2: 10:00am – 6:30pm

Overtime:

• Paid at 1.5x for the first 4 hours, then 2x thereafter

Salary & Progression:

• Starting salary: €26,650 (based on experience)
• Potential contract offer after a few weeks for strong performers

Pay progression (based on performance & time in role):

First 6 Months:

• Level 1 – €28,489
• Level 2 – €29,489
• Level 3 – €30,489

After Passing Probation:

• Level 1 – €29,344
• Level 2 – €30,374
• Level 3 – €31,404

• Pick and pack small electrical items
• Palletise goods efficiently and safely
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
