Location: Clondalkin, Dublin
Salary: €40,000 per year
Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 4:30pm
• Every second Saturday: 8:00am – 12:30pm

Labour Force are currently recruiting an experienced and reliable Rigid Driver with a valid HIAB licence for a full‑time, permanent position with our client, a leading independent builders’ merchant based in Clondalkin, South Dublin.

The successful candidate will be responsible for safe and efficient deliveries of building materials, tools, and machinery throughout Dublin and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver building supplies to residential properties and construction sites
• Carry out pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections
• Operate the HIAB crane safely and efficiently
• Load and unload goods as required
• Provide excellent customer service at all delivery points
• Adhere to all road safety regulations and company procedures
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and records

Requirements

• Valid C licence and HIAB certification
• Previous experience in delivery driving or construction‑related transport (advantageous)
• Strong knowledge of Dublin and surrounding areas
• Excellent work ethic and reliability
• Ability to manage the physical demands of the role
• Good communication and customer‑service skills
