Location: Ballymount, Dublin 12
Salary: €30,000 per annum
Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard daytime hour

Labour Force is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing premium distributor serving the furniture, kitchen, woodworking, and packaging industries across Ireland.

Our client is recognised for their commitment to quality products and excellent customer service, and due to continued growth, they are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join their team. This role is primarily warehouse-focused, with assembly tasks forming part of the overall duties.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders
• Handle goods in/out, checking deliveries against documentation
• Prepare and dispatch orders, including loading support
• Assist with stock control, stock counts, and inventory management
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse

Assembly Duties (Additional)

• Carry out light assembly work (e.g. drawers and furniture components)
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Perform quality checks to maintain product standards
• Keep assembly and work areas clean and organised

Teamwork & Communication

• Work closely with warehouse and sales teams
• Meet daily targets and deadlines
• Support colleagues to ensure smooth workflow

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience is essential
• Assembly or production experience is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Manual Handling certificate (training can be provided)
• Forklift licence (beneficial but not essential)
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude
