Part Time School Cleaner (afternoon shift)

Location: Walkinstown, Dublin 12
Salary: €14.80 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week (4 hours per day, Monday to Friday)
Shift: 2pm start, Finish 6pm

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join a primary school located in Walkinstown, Dublin 12. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for pupils and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• General cleaning of classrooms, corridors, bathrooms, and communal areas
• Emptying bins and replacing liners
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards are consistently met
• Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the school or supervisor
• Following all school and health & safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience (preferably in a school or similar environment)
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Garda vetting or willingness to undergo vetting
