Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Ballymount, Dublin
Salary: €35,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:00

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor on behalf of a well-established and growing Irish distributor operating within the appliance parts and technical supplies sector. With a strong reputation for providing high-quality products and excellent customer service, our client supplies trade professionals, service engineers, and businesses across Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations
• Manage goods-in processes, stock control, and inventory accuracy
• Check incoming stock against purchase orders and delivery documentation
• Ensure stock is correctly stored and recorded within the warehouse
• Oversee picking, packing, and dispatch activities
• Support order fulfilment and logistics operations to meet customer expectations
• Monitor warehouse performance and maintain high operational standards
• Promote and maintain a safe, organised, and efficient working environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role or similar position
• Strong knowledge of warehouse, logistics, and stock control processes
• Experience managing goods-inwards, inventory, and dispatch operations
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Current Manual Handling Certificate
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to lead by example and work effectively within a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
