Warehouse Operative – PPT Driver

Location: St Margaret’s, Dublin, Ireland

Salary: €16.70 to €17.29 per hour

⏰ Shift: 12:00pm – 9:00pm
Schedule: 5 days over 7

About the Role

We are currently recruiting an experienced Warehouse Operative with PPT Licence on behalf of our client, a leading global cold storage and logistics company. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation that plays a critical role in the food supply chain.

⚠️ Please note: A valid PPT Licence is mandatory for this role.

⚠️ Own transport is also mandatory, as there is no public transport available to this location.

The role involves working in a temperature-controlled environment, including freezer conditions of up to -22°C.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading goods
• Moving stock to designated warehouse locations
• Picking and packing orders using RF scanners
• Assisting with stock control and inventory management
• Working in chilled and freezer environments
• Following all HACCP, food safety, and health & safety procedures
• Supporting general warehouse operations as required

Essential Requirements

✅ Valid PPT Licence (mandatory)

✅ Own transport (mandatory)

✅ Previous warehouse experience

✅ Experience operating a PPT

✅ Comfortable working in cold and freezer conditions (up to -22°C)

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

✅ Good communication and teamwork skills
