Rigid Driver (C Licence) | Event & Hospitality Logistics

Pay: €19.00 per hour
Overtime: Paid after 10 hours worked in a day
Start Time: Between 7:30am and 8:00am
Schedule: 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday
Location: Dublin 18

With a strong reputation for quality service and reliability, they are looking to expand their delivery team with an experienced and customer focused Rigid Driver.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional C Licence Driver who enjoys a varied role and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Working across Dublin and surrounding areas, you will deliver and collect a wide range of event hire equipment at customer locations, venues and event sites. The role is physically active and involves loading and unloading the vehicle, although a driver’s helper is provided on some deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
• Deliver event hire equipment to customer and event locations across Dublin and surrounding counties
• Complete deliveries accurately and on schedule
• Assist with positioning and setup of equipment where required
• Complete delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures
• Use trolleys, cages and handling equipment safely
• Provide a professional and courteous service at all customer locations
• Represent the company positively while on-site

Requirements

• Full, clean C Driving Licence
• Valid Driver CPC qualification
• Good knowledge of Dublin and surrounding areas
• Fluent English with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service attitude
• Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
• Manual Handling certification is desirable
• Flexible regarding overtime and additional hours during peak periods
• Must be legally entitled to work full-time in Ireland
