Recruitment Consultant – Industrial Division

Labour Force are seeking a highly organised and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Industrial Division in Santry, Dublin 9.

This role focuses on supplying temporary staff across the logistics, transport, warehousing and production sectors, ensuring our clients have the right people in place when they need them.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys working with people and can confidently manage multiple priorities at once. You will play a key role in sourcing candidates, supporting temporary workers, developing client relationships and delivering high quality recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively source, screen and qualify candidates for temporary assignments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Manage temporary workers throughout their assignments
  • Understand client requirements and deliver suitable staffing solutions
  • Coordinate bookings, shift allocations and worker availability
  • Respond quickly and effectively to client requests and staffing challenges
  • Manage client expectations and provide a high level of customer service
  • Maintain accurate records and candidate databases
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team targets
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and service delivery

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment, administration, customer service or a fast paced operational environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and relationship building abilities
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise effectively
  • Proactive and solution focused approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Experience within logistics, transport, warehousing or industrial recruitment would be a distinct advantage
