Pay: €46,800 per year + meal allowance on top
Shift Options: 6:00am start or 7:00pm start

About the Role

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company based in Clonee, Co. Meath, is seeking an experienced Articulated Truck Driver to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the nationwide transport and delivery of goods in a professional and timely manner, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver goods nationwide daily using an articulated truck
• Check all orders against manifests and sign for deliveries upon receipt
• Ensure all delivery paperwork is accurate and completed in full
• Report delivery issues promptly to Customer Service or Management
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues immediately to Management
• Comply with all company Health & Safety policies and road safety regulations
• Handle curtain-side deliveries and perform manual handling duties as required

Requirements

• Full Clean CE Licence
• Up-to-date CPCs and Digital Tachograph Card
• Proven experience driving articulated trucks in Ireland (essential)
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Valid Manual Handling Certificate
• Physically fit and able for the demands of the role
• Flexibility to work early morning or night shifts
• Ability to complete multi-drop nationwide deliveries
• Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: €19.00 – €21.00 (depending on experience)
• Overtime: Paid at 1.5x after 45 hours
• Sunday Premium: €25 for 8 hours or €3.12 per hour
• Subsistence: €13.71 (up to 10 hours) / €33.61 (thereafter)
• Pension: Matched contribution at 1.5%
• Death in Service: x1 salary, or x2 if enrolled in pension scheme
• HSF Plan FC4: Funded by employer (subject to BIK)
• Annual Leave: 20 days per year + 10 public holidays
