Position Title: Warehouse Coordinator/Counterbalance Driver

Location: Whitestown Industrial Estate, Dublin 24

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay Rate: €14.70

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Coordinator/Counterbalance Driver to join our dynamic team. This dual role involves overseeing warehouse operations and ensuring efficient material handling using a counterbalance forklift. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Coordination:

* Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

* Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.

* Coordinate the workflow of warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.

* Implement and maintain warehouse safety procedures and best practices.

* Assist in training new staff on warehouse protocols and safety measures.

Counterbalance Driving:

* Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move, locate, and relocate products within the warehouse.

* Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.

* Ensure proper handling of materials to prevent damage and maintain quality.

* Conduct regular maintenance checks on forklift and report any issues to management.

* Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while operating the forklift.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

* Proven experience in warehouse operations and logistics.

* Valid counterbalance forklift certification and experience operating forklifts.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

* Basic computer skills for inventory management and reporting.

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to lift heavy objects

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

* Standing, bending, and moving for extended periods.
