Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Base Salary: €38,000 – €42,000 gross per annum

Schedule:

* 10-hour shift

* Start times 6-10am

* Overtime

* Day shift

* Night shift

* Weekend availability

Role Introduction:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, maintenance, and repair services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and customer satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform on-site installation, and repair.

* Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.

* Communicate effectively with customers to understand their technical needs and provide excellent service.

* Document all service activities, including detailed reports on repairs and maintenance performed.

* Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues.

* Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

* Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role.

* Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel frequently.
