Forklift Drivers – Dublin Port

Labour Force is recruiting experienced Forklift Drivers / Warehouse Operatives for full‑time positions with our client based in Dublin Port. These roles offer stable, long-term employment within a 24/7 warehouse operation. During quieter periods, additional warehouse duties will be assigned to support ongoing workflow.

Role Overview

Successful candidates will work within one of the port-based warehouses, supporting daily operations such as:

• Unloading and reloading containers and trailers using a counterbalance forklift and PPT
• Handling both full and partial loads
• Recording details relating to trucks, trailers, and completed tasks
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and workplace guidelines

Requirements

To be considered for these roles, applicants must have:

• A valid Irish Counterbalance and PPT forklift licence
• Manual Handling certification
• Own transport for commuting
• Availability for both day and night shifts
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English

Work Schedule

• Two rotating 12‑hour shifts:
  * 5am-5pm
  * 5pm-5am
• 3 days on / 3 days off roster pattern
