Hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm, Sunday to Thursday
Pay Rate: €15.36 per hour (weekdays) | €17.31 per hour (Sunday)

About the Company

Our client is a leading food production and distribution business supplying products to major retailers and foodservice customers across Ireland. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Goods Inwards Operative to join their busy distribution team.

The Role

As a Goods Inwards Operative, you will be responsible for checking and processing incoming deliveries, maintaining accurate stock records, and supporting the smooth operation of the warehouse.

This role involves working in a temperature-controlled frozen environment of up to -20°C. Full PPE and protective clothing are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming deliveries against documentation.
• Verify product quantities and report discrepancies.
• Update stock information accurately using warehouse systems.
• Assist with inventory control and stock accuracy.
• Work closely with warehouse and distribution teams.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.

Requirements

Essential

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a frozen environment (-20°C).
• Manual Handling
• Eligibility to work in Ireland

Desirable

• Experience using SAP.
• Valid Forklift Licence.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience.
