Salary

€33,000 – €35,000 per year

Working Hours

• 5 days out of 7
• Standard hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Flexibility is required, as some days may require staying until 6:00 PM (paid overtime)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Inventory Team Lead to join our warehouse team in St. Margarets. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory operations, ensuring stock accuracy, supporting warehouse processes, and leading a small team to achieve operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the inventory team on a daily basis
• Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
• Conduct cycle counts and stock audits
• Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately recorded in the WMS
• Liaise with warehouse management and other departments as required
• Train and support new team members
• Assist with process improvements and inventory control procedures
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse inventory or stock control role
• Experience leading or supervising a team
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Full, valid driving licence and own transport are essential due to the location of the warehouse
