As the Maintenance Manager, you will directly report to the General Manager and have a range of key responsibilities, including:
- Leading and overseeing the maintenance team, managing all aspects of maintenance operations.
- Maintaining and upholding excellent standards of maintenance, aligning with the unique design philosophy.
- Demonstrating strong organizational skills and financial acumen to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of maintenance tasks.
- Taking responsibility for the structural integrity and overall well-being of the building, ensuring it remains in optimal condition.
- Being accountable for both proactive and reactive maintenance, effectively managing resources to meet set timelines and budgets.
- Embracing and cherishing the essence of the building, ensuring that maintenance aligns with the concept of style and design aimed at providing an exceptional experience for guests.
- Overseeing and controlling all technical equipment, safety measures, and alarm systems on the premises.
- Ensuring completion of all planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules in a timely and efficient manner.
- Strong admin skills
- Experience in handling new and existing maintenance contracts with 3rd parties
