Position Overview: As a Project Manager at, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of M&E projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project budgets, and ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and closing of M&E projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, estimators, and subcontractors, to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
  • Lead project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation within the project team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the M&E or construction sector.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, project life cycles, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
