Position Overview: As the Quality Lead, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our commitment to excellence in engineering. You will be responsible for establishing and implementing quality control processes, conducting inspections, and working collaboratively with project teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system for M&E projects.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and address quality-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to promote a culture of quality.
  • Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Analyze and report on quality performance metrics to senior management.
  • Lead internal and external audits to assess and improve quality processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a quality management role within the M&E sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality control processes, standards, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with relevant software tools and applications.
