Job Title: Sales & Customer Support Executive
Salary: €32,000 – €35,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Ballymount (On-site)


About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales & Customer Support Executive to join a busy and friendly office team within a well-established Irish business serving the furniture, woodworking, and packaging sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career in a growing organisation.

You will play a key role in supporting customers and the internal sales team, ensuring all orders, queries, and interactions are handled efficiently and professionally.


Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with queries and orders.
  • Process online and sales team orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor, track, and follow up on back orders.
  • Support internal sales and administration teams with daily tasks.

Additional Duties

  • Handle online payments and update order information.
  • Respond to customer queries regarding stock, pricing, and delivery.
  • Log service calls and spare part requests.
  • Provide cross-departmental support when required.

Requirements

  • Positive, friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a team environment.
  • Basic IT proficiency; experience with Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Previous customer-facing or administrative experience is advantageous.

Experience Required:

  • Microsoft Office: minimum 2 years
