Traffic Management Operatives

Location: Dublin Port

Rates of Pay:

• €14.47 per hour (base rate)
• €19.74 per hour (overtime rate)

Work Schedule:

• 12-hour rotating shifts:
• 5:00am – 5:00pm
• 5:00pm – 5:00am
• 3 days on / 3 days off roster

The Role

Labour Force is currently recruiting Traffic Management Operatives to support safe and efficient movement within Dublin Port. This role is essential in directing traffic and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the port environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and guide oncoming traffic to designated areas within the port
• Ensure safe and controlled movement of vehicles
• Set out and communicate layouts of barriers, walkways, signage, and traffic arrangements
• Support a safe working environment by following all site procedures and safety rules

Requirements

• Valid Manual Handling certificate
• Own transport (essential for Dublin Port access)
• Flexibility to work day and night shifts
• Availability for weekends and public holidays
• Good communication skills and fluent English
