Job Title: Voice Picker
Location: Damastown, Dublin 15
Pay Rate: €14.30 per hour
Hours: 08:30 to 17:30
Schedule: Sunday to Friday (Every Saturday off plus one additional day off during the week)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting an energetic and reliable Voice Picker to join our client’s busy warehouse team in Damastown, Dublin 15. This role involves using a voice-picking system to accurately select customer orders while maintaining high standards of productivity, accuracy, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Use a voice-picking system to accurately pick customer orders.
• Ensure all orders are picked and prepared correctly.
• Stage and organise products for delivery.
• Operate warehouse handling equipment safely and responsibly.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and stock management.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily operational targets.

Requirements

• Must be legally entitled to work full-time in Ireland and able to provide proof of eligibility.
• Previous warehouse or voice-picking experience is advantageous.
• Manual Handling Certificate required.
• PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) certification preferred.
• Own transport preferred due to location and working hours.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
