Salary: €50,000 – €65,000 DOE + €4,000 KPI Bonus
Hours: 45 hours per week (between 6am–7pm operational window)
Schedule: Monday–Friday

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead warehouse and transport functions for a fast-paced FMCG operation. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the full operational cycle – from order placement through to customer delivery – ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional service standards.

You‘ll manage approximately 84 staff across warehouse and transport teams, supported by a dedicated Transport Manager and Warehouse Supervisor, allowing you to focus on strategic leadership, performance optimisation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day warehouse and transport operations
• Strategically plan logistics, distribution, and workflow processes
• Monitor stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and operational KPIs
• Analyse performance data and implement improvements
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members
• Resolve operational challenges and customer issues efficiently
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive efficiencies and meet business targets

Requirements

Essential

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics or operations management
• Proven leadership experience managing large teams
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing full distribution and logistics cycles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
• Relevant qualification in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain
• Full driving licence

Desirable

• Experience in multicultural work environments
• Forklift licence (Reach preferred)
