Warehouse Manager

Salary: €45,000 – €50,000 per annum
Location: Dublin
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are currently seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of three storage warehouses and lead a small team of four employees.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys a varied role combining leadership, administration, and operational responsibilities. The successful candidate will be actively involved in the day-to-day running of the warehouse and willing to support the team wherever required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of 4 warehouse employees.
• Oversee the operation of 3 warehouse facilities.
• Manage the Goods In process, including booking-in, documentation, and stock location allocation.
• Coordinate customer order picking, packing, and dispatch documentation.
• Ensure warehouse facilities are safe, organised, and fit for purpose.
• Maintain accurate records and process information using company software systems.
• Support operational activities as needed, including warehouse and forklift duties.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems.
• A proactive and team-oriented approach.
• Forklift experience would be advantageous.

• Competitive salary of €45,000 – €50,000, depending on experience.

• 20 days annual leave, increasing to 25 days after two years’ service.

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break).
• Saturday morning rotation approximately once every two months.
