Location: Dublin 11
Salary: €48,000-€50,000
Schedule: 5 days over 7

We’re looking for a proactive Warehouse Operations Lead (Inventory & DCI) to oversee daily Inventory Control and Driver Check-In (DCI) operations. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while leading a high‑performing team and driving continuous improvement across warehouse processes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage day-to-day inventory control activities.
• Support and oversee the DCI function, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Manage and develop Inventory Operatives, including performance, training, and recruitment.
• Investigate stock variances and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and improve SOPs, KPIs, and team performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with Operations and other departments to strengthen accuracy and process flow.
• Lead or participate in inventory and DCI-related projects and improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in inventory control within food distribution.
• Supervisory experience with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent IT and numerical skills, with confidence in analysing data.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Flexibility around working hours (5 over 7).
• Relevant qualification is a bonus.
