Warehouse Operatives (Cold Store)

Job description

Labour Force are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives for a full time position for our client based in Grange Castle Clondalkin.

Successful candidates will be working in a cold store (-20 degrees) within highly automated multi temp warehouse, picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and prepare orders for dispatch following company picking procedures.
• Stack products onto pallets safely and efficiently.
• Label goods accurately in accordance with dispatch requirements.
• Load trucks with orders for delivery to various destinations.
• Follow internal work methods and report any unsafe conditions immediately.
• Adhere to HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) procedures to ensure food safety compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the warehouse.

Key Requirements:

• Comfortable working in a cold store
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good standard of English literacy and numeracy
• Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude
• Reliable transport to the Grange Castle, Clondalkin location
• Manual Handling

Hours of Work:

• Option 1 – Monday – Friday – 08.00 – 16.30
• Option 2 – Wednesday – Friday – 17.00 – 05.00 & Saturday 19.00 – 01.00

• €14.71 p/h basic
• 12.75% premium after midnight and weekends
