Warehouse Team Leader – North Dublin

Salary: €35,000-€40,000 (DOE)
Location: North Dublin
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm (flexibility required)

Labour Force are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations and support continuous improvement within a busy distribution environment. The successful candidate will supervise goods-in, goods-out, order fulfilment, and general warehouse activities, while maintaining high standards of health & safety and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise fulfilments and plan picking/packing activities, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Load and unload trucks with accurate completion of associated paperwork.
• Order picking, sortation, quality checking and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Receive, check, and put away goods in line with procedures.
• Scan and record stock accurately using IT and scanning systems.
• Perform stock-taking and cycle counting in line with SLA requirements.
• Ensure safe and compliant parking of all trailers.
• Manage yard housekeeping, traffic flow, and general yard organisation.
• Supervise and motivate the team to achieve operational targets.
• Identify and suggest operational efficiency improvements.
• Conduct team meetings to discuss challenges, KPIs, and updates.
• Complete incident/accident reports as part of quality management.
• Ensure all staff are trained, signed off on SOPs, and compliant.
• Monitor and schedule training with onsite trainers (new & refresher).
• Manage issues as they arise, completing CAPA reporting when required.

Key Requirements:

• Valid counterbalance forklift licence
• VNA licence advantageous.
• Experience working to Goods Distribution Practice (GDP) standards.
• Basic IT literacy including knowledge of MS Office (Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with delivery documentation and warehouse paperwork.
