About the Role

Labour Force are currently seeking an experienced Yard Banksman to support operations within a fast-paced logistics environment in North Dublin.

This role focuses on maintaining safe and efficient yard activities, coordinating vehicle movements, and supporting transport and warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and direct vehicle and trailer movements on-site
Coordinate with drivers, hauliers, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with health & safety and PPE requirements
Assist with trailer positioning and loading flow
Monitor yard activity and report incidents or safety concerns
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe yard environment

Experience & Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in driving and/or trailer shunting
Valid HGV licence or shunting equivalent essential
Experience working in transport yards or logistics environments
Strong understanding of yard safety procedures
Good communication and teamwork skills
